Jessica Riordan is the daughter of a successful business man, Matthew Riordan. 
  
  Jessica's father is extremely over protective of his little girl ever since her older brother was kidnapped and his mutilated body was soon found in a ditch on the opposite side of the country. She wants to get a job, like almost every other 18 year old, but her father does not allow her, in fear that she  will suffer the same fate as her older brother. 
  
  Her wish to leave the safety of her home and live and experience the real world was granted, but all freedom was taken away when masked armed men show up in her room one night and take her away from everything she has ever known.
