In the year 2057, Idols are a worldwide phenomenon and no longer a niche interest coming from Japan and Korea. However, the definition of an idol is different now. Idols compete in a digital setting, performing against each other in solo acts and groups to be the top idol. It's a bloodthirsty and intense industry, one that most wouldn't want to be a part of.

However, some places have made being an idol mandatory for a select few of the population. The Idol Draw is a biennial lottery that selects random teenage girls to become idols, no exceptions. Most don't make it, and very few are lucky enough to become successful idols.

Seina Osagawa is your average 15 year old girl, and she's one of the lucky 'winners' of the 32nd Idol Draw. Teaming up with other girls she's never even met before, can she make it as an idol, or is it game over for her?
