Ari is an orphan, or that’s what most people think. She was left at an adoption center at the age of 4. Now, 13 years later, she’s still there. Arianna Laurel is the most popular girl at Columbus High School and senior year was going exactly the way she planned, until she meets a certain boy. Aaron Hayes is the only boy who has ever made Ari’s heart race. But in order to impress him, she must pretend to like his sister who is a Goth. Ari doesn’t dislike Goths, she just hates this one in particular. But Vera Hayes triggers memories of her past that Ari had forgotten. Could she be one of the missing pieces that Ari needs to uncover the secrets of her past?

Vera is adopted. She was adopted by the Hayes when she was only one and has no remembrance of her family before. The only thing she has is a ring inscribed with "Forever and Always 12.3.98.” The ring’s too big to wear around her finger so she wears it on a chain around her neck. A reminder of where she came from. She moves to a new town for the start as a freshman in high school and makes her first enemy, Ari Laurel. Ari quickly becomes acquainted with Vera’s golden brother Aaron and the two start dating. Is it fate that brought the two girls who despise each other together? Or can they look past their social differences to find the missing pieces of their past?

A musically talented teen with her sights set on the spotlight must find a way to get her life back when she falls in with the mob. ***** In a city where con artists make the rules and aspiring females wear sequins and dance with a pole, Melody Holiday refuses to ride on the coattails of her semi-famous grandfather. She wants the freedom to choose her own path to showbiz greatness. When a chance meeting with a handsome stranger provides Mel with an opportunity, she thinks she's landed the big one. But her grandpa isn't thrilled with the direction Mel's career is going, and it's not until she stumbles across something she probably shouldn't have that this becomes clear. Perhaps meeting the stranger with the Rocky Balboa eyes wasn't by chance. Maybe Mel is rubbing elbows with the kind of people who could take away her freedom for good. This story is loosely based on the author's feral youth. So, if you like your fiction shaken not stirred with a sprinkle of badboy on the rim, NEON GIRL delivers the goods; giving readers a dose of drama, a dash of romance, and a heaping helping of Las Vegas schmaltz. Oh, and there's a killer playlist, too. WATTYS WINNER! LEGAL DISCLAIMER: This is a work of fiction and owned by the author. WATTPAD BOOKS EDITION Can she be herself in a one-size-fits-all world? Lori Palmer is the new girl at Bay Water High, where students prize glossy hair, beach bodies, and school spirit above all else. She misses her old school―where her talent as an artist carried more weight than she does―and longs for her old family life, before her parents got divorced and her mom reinvented herself. So Lori decides that the only way to survive the rest of the year is to blend into the background, but her plans go awry when she discovers that the most popular (and hottest) guy at Bay Water High, Jake, is a volunteer at her brother's school. When her brother befriends Jake's sister, Lori is suddenly thrust into his unfamiliar and exhilarating world of water polo, parties, and stargazing. But with her relationship with her mother deteriorating, old anxieties resurface and Lori finds a new artistic release that unknowingly ignites a powerful movement. When the authorities start asking questions, Lori realizes that finding her voice might have gotten her into a world of trouble...but sometimes standing up for what you believe in is as important as standing up for yourself.
