Chantelle Howard has just started grade 11. She's your typical nerd, who doesn't really notice her own beauty. Black hair, green eyes, light skin, long legs, she's not much but still something. Her best friend Marcey is the complete opposite of her. Short, bright and crazy, pale, freckled. Anyways, both girls are quite different but have been friends since they were born. Marcey's crazy about boys but Chan prefers to stay away from them, having already experienced a heart break. And the number one thing Chan doesn't want to do, is get caught up with all the drama of being a teenager. Which is, unfortunately, exactly what she does. Because suddenly, after a birthday party goes wrong, she's gotten herself wrapped tightly around the finger of sought after by everybody, hot and popular boy Jake Leervy, who is the only other person besides Chan with black hair and green eyes. She finds herself mistakenly falling for him, and reopening her past painful wounds and scars.
On the other hand, we've got ultra hottie Jake Leervy who doesn't know what to do. He, unmistakably, fell for Chan and now has finally gotten the chance to actually, sort of, "be with her" due to the bet they made. But, is this really what he wants? Driving the girl nuts until she finally ends up falling in love with him? Ha, he hadn't expected that to happen. But soon he learns that Chan isn't all honest and blunt. She's actually got a painful side of her hid behind the façade she's set up for herself. Jake finds himself venturing deeper into her mind and soon uncovers the truth. And he doesn't quite know what to do about it.
"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not.
I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him.
At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own.
Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me.
No,
He was moving his lips against mine."

Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary.
He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates).
And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush.
It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale.
She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his.
Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler.
The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him.
The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible.
So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person?
Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves?
