There is a small town surrounded by a forest. Nobody in the town knows what is in, or beyond the forest, and nobody really cares. They are protected from anything that might be in it by the guards, and that's all that matters. Although, every now and then somebody goes into the forest. There are screams and the person is never heard from again. The people in the town all get scared, but the mayor reassures them that everything is fine. By morning, everybody has forgotten about the event and the person who went into the forest. Until now.

The government took over completely but was quickly overrun by robots that they had created to enforce the newly created laws. As the robots continued to make more of themselves and become powerful, kids were mainly targeted as they were seen as bad to the mechanical monstrosity that was ruining the city. A teenager tried to keep most of the kids safe and hid them well, making sure they were safe with mothers and fathers who had already suffered losses of their own children being taken and enslaved. At the start of the government taking over, a group of people was forced out of the city due to their ignorance, according to the government that is. It became a comforting story to the scared kids that they'll come back and save them, told by the teenager who risks his life to save them.
