The Dawn will Rise

A known thief, Vera Ivonov, comes from a "broken" home. The cities greatest hero, Rachel Marice, is just trying to do her job... both of them. When they meet they hate each other for being on opposite sides of the law but a great disaster takes place and they are forced to work together. Nether of them like it except for Vera who seems like she's having a blast.
