The Legend of Zelda: Wrong Time by zeldaisy

Based on Nintendo's fantastic game, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, two young teenagers are tasked with saving the entire world. The challenge is that one of them doesn't know who she is. Link plucks Zelda from her world in normal, modern day Boston and brings her back home to the troubled, medieval Hyrule to take back her throne and stop evil.

Amnesia was a funny thing. It strips you of all memories, both good and bad. But what it didn't take away from Link was his caring heart. He wasn't a man who had time to deal with or worry about things like memories anyway. All he cared about was doing what was right. But just because Link had no memories, or any interest to reclaim them, didn't mean they wouldn't return to haunt him. Ever since Link woke up, strange things have been happening around the land. Horrific creatures, not quite monster and not quite human, begin appearing at night to terrorize the denizens of Hyrule. Link, not one to simply let such evils do as they please, decides to investigate into the matter as he travels across the land to find a way to destroy these creatures. It should've been just another job for him, just a problem the people needed solved, just another errand for the incarnation of Hylia's hero. But as he investigates, he is haunted by his past. Link's mind cannot remember what happened. But his heart did. He still feels what he lost, what he failed to protect, even after one hundred years. That's what draws something toward Link, the very same evil that created the creatures he faces. It follows and watches him from the shadows, taunting him, waiting for him to remember the past he's forgotten, waiting for the pain to resurface, waiting for the time he can no longer carry the weight of it all. As he journeys on his quest to defeat Ganon and save Princess Zelda, Link must learn to contend with another ancient evil that taints the land, all while facing the ghosts of his forgotten past. Stuck in her castle, Zelda wants to be free to explore the world. She knows it is dangerous, at least that's all she was ever told, but she wants to be like every other girl. She knows that will never be possible now but there is always hope. So when she meets Link, an aspiring Knight, she listens to his stories and feels much closer to the rest of the world. This Story was Discontinued. Just a warning.

The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time by EW_Smith

Treated as an outcast amongst the mysterious Kokiri children, Link was always different from the others. It wasn't until the Great Deku Tree finally bestowed unto him a guardian fairy, something that every Kokiri had. Excited to become accepted as part of the tribe, Link would soon find out that the Great Deku Tree had larger plans for him. Meanwhile, in the midst of rifts between the Gerudo and the Hylians, the King of the Gerudo has travelled to Hyrule Castle Town to make peace, and pledge allegiance to the King of Hyrule. Zelda, the young princess of Hyrule and heiress to the throne, does not trust the Gerudo King, but the words from the child's mouth fall against deaf ears. The Royal Family guards ancient secrets of the goddesses, but Zelda knows something more about the fate of Hyrule.

The Tears Of The Clock by LegendOfBink

It's best not to mess with time. Zelda has been searching for Link for years after sending him off for his personal journey he never returned from. She's the only one who believes he's still out there, everyone else has moved on but her. She's stuck in a repeating cycle, her mind only focusing on one thing.
