In a world of 2451, there came an invention that nearly wiped out the entire human species. The invention is known as the Uber-9, a bioweapon that turns anyone afflicted from it into the undead. Whether you were going to end up as a vampire or as a zombie, your chance of acquiring this virus was ranged from 90% or higher. That is, not for Mira Weiss. Mira was just your typical teenage girl who had just recently found out that she has a few powers: 1) She is immune to it, and she is naturally to anything 2) She has genetic abilities that make her agility supernatural 3) She has telepathic abilities of various kinds. If it is successful, then this will change how people travel forever. You decide to be the first person to use it... However, it went horribly wrong. You pass out and wake up in a large neon city filled with strange humanoid creatures that appear to be animals... As if that wasn't bad enough..
