After the Great War Of Cybertron, five specialised Autobots had survived the Great War, but are the only ones to survive. They arrived on a planet of human beings, and they adapt to their new lives as human beings amongst the Earthlings. 

Also, they are joined up with a famous group of teenagers and their pet, and will face against evil threats that they hadn't faced. Then, they will face against a foe that they thought was destroyed, and will stop at nothing till they get what they want, and send them unto oblivion...
