Parker Jara doesn't like her life.  She's tired of being pushed around and forced to keep her home life a secret.  Parker goes to school and is the perfect student, lots of friends, lots of extracurricular activities and great grades.  But when she goes home she has to step into the position of "mother".  Parker takes care of her younger four siblings while battling her mother and step-father who let it be known that they don't care for their children.  Parker is almost always nice to everyone, so why did she get stuck with this horrific life?  Will Parker find her happy ending or will she give up hope?
