What happens if Kagami had a sister named Keiko Kagami who came to visit her older brother in Japan and became friends with the Seirin team and the Generation of Miracles. Not only that but she also reunited with her childhood friend Himuro Tatsuya who has feelings for her since childhood. Not only that but all of the former generation of Miracles members started to fall for her due to her determination and kindness. However things get really heated when Kirisaki high school basketball team member Makoto Hanamiya challenged them into a dangerous game of basketball and here's a catch: If his team wins, Keiko will joined his team and never quits on his team.
