Drama. It was the one thing Elizabeth wanted nothing to do with during her first year of university. She'd had enough of that in high school.
At first, it seemed like it was going to be a smooth year: she liked her roommates; the varsity swim team was fun and there was a cute British guy on her floor who made her heart sing.
Then, the British boy began spending a lot of time with another girl; the swim team took a risk that could lead to the team's cancellation and two of her roommates started to argue all the time. Suddenly, Elizabeth's first year of university becomes fraught with problems she couldn't have foreseen.
It's going to be a heck of a freshman year.

A story in which everything that could go wrong, does go wrong. "Got any sevens?" He softly asked, his gaze on me as he waited for my reply. Ignoring the temptation to meet his captivating green eyes, I puckered my lips as I focused my stare on the cards in my hand. "Go fish." There was a tense pause. I sensed his movements beside me as he bypassed the cards on the ground. I looked up to question him, but the words got caught in my throat. I gasped taking in the features of his face that was now inches away from mine. I had never noticed the few specks of gold in his green eyes before. My heart raced as his gaze flicked to my lips and back to my eyes. Then, without hesitation, his lips were on mine and my brain turned to mush.
