Luna discovered her powers when she was 15. Afraid of what might happen to her she keeps them hidden after a fight. She gets transferred to another orphanage and discovers what else her powers can do. An orphan who is so close to her eighteenth birthday she is afraid of what might happen to her, or if she can control her powers more. One day she ends up going to the city park late at night and discovers something that the government has been keeping from the public. After what she saw there will be no going back to her normal life. the only way to find out what happens is to join Luna in this thrill seeking, secret keeping story.
