Naruto is neglect for his sister Naruko. Naruko holds the kyuubi within her, this is the very reason they neglect Naruto. Naruto decides since his parents don't remember to train him, he will just train himself. But what only Naruto knows is that he holds the soul of the kyuubi since a small baby can't hold the full kyuubi.
Naruto trains and makes it to Anbu when he is 7. From there he was partnered with Kakashi, Itachi, Anko and Yugao. Everyone in Anbu knew who Naruto was and what had happened with him and his parents.
Naruto was given an undercover mission by the Hokage to protect Sasuke Uchiha. Itachi was thought to be the person who killed the Uchiha but what if it wasn't him but someone the village trusts?

Naruto: The Emperor Dojutsu
In this story Naruto's parents are alive and he have a little sister and a brother. The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. Ever since then they all receive a lot of attention to there family and the village leaving Naruto alone with no one else he had 2 friends who was always by his side until they turned there backs into him which result something inside of him started to break, not the seal of the Kyuubi something else. As on his way home he heard his parents and suppose god father talking about the prophecy about there children who were Menma and Nasumi they were wondering why Naruto wasn't there but Jiraya explained that he is not important so they come up to train the younger siblings the parents were hesitate at first but agreed not knowing that Naruto heard every single detail which result something Naruto felt something break, as the kyuubi inside of him notice this as which made him look at his Jailer who suddenly appeared in front of the seal gate he then notice something different on his eyes which shock him "I never thought that I'd live to see it again" Then Naruto lift his head and look at the Kyuubi with no fear nor hate just Emotionless "The Emperor Dojutsu"

Minato neglected Naruto after Kushina died from childbirth which swept her away and put a lot of pressure on him. Kakashi started ignoring his little brother after his mother died as it hurt him more as he looks a lot like their deceased mother. While growing up, Naruto continued to do his best to get A + in all school-related activities, learning to play different types of instruments, learning to dance different types of dances, mainly ballroom and ballroom dances, correct etiquette and other things. He did all of this just to please his dad and get his attention, but he started quitting because his little brother started taking straight A's too and just like before Naruto was blown away again. Having a strict father who expects you to fulfill his own expectations just like your older brother always did and diverting his time in studying, trying to meet his own expectations and taking care of his younger brother. UNEDITED: sucky writing and such, and a lot of confusing parts. Naruto Namikaze-Uzumaki have been abused and beaten by the villagers and his family. At his 3rd birthday he was became smart shinobi who was honing his skills to become the best. But his parents never payed attention to him, they only care about his two older siblings Menma and Mito. At his 3rd birthday and he got his first beating, he met the Nine Tailed Fox otherwise known as Kurama. From that Kurama started training Naruto to his limits, he trained him until Naruto doesn't have the energy to move. At the age of 5 he became an ANBU. He celebrated by himself but the villagers saw him and they beat him up, in the beating someone stabbed his left eye making him blind on the left side. From that day on he became emotionless and takes the most dangerous missions from the 4th Hokage, also know as his father. His parents had realized what they have done, is it too late to say sorry?
