After humanity was lost, animals, mainly cats, took over. They started using magic which they contained in necklaces, to protect them. When the king and queen die, their children, Mink, Marble, and Charcoal are at a loss at who should be made the newest ruler. Will it be Marble, the childlike middle child, Charcoal, the calm and collected oldest, or Mink, the sly youngest?
