The pain is great
Too much to bear
But patience is key
Hope for a better day
Still not forgotten
The bleeding is too much
Coz the tear is great
Why lie
When pain is a prescription
Not by a medical doctor
But to the heart
The heart that knows hurt
Which is torn apart
Nothing to hold it together
No one cares
Coz of the smile on the face
Behind the masked soul
I see it all
I see a tear fall
A tear from the heart.
