Young 16 year old boy, James Chapman, is the most artist in his whole family and wants to be as good as Picasso one day. Since he was small, he would draw many things, but the one thing he drew the most was vortexes. It scared his parents, but he loved the idea of jumping into them to escape their abuse. One day, he runs away and finds a loving couple who takes him in. There he finds a familiar picture of a vortex in the attic and realises that it's the first drawing he ever made.
