Sorrow and pain. That's all I've ever really felt my whole indescribable life. All I heard was the sounds of her gurgled screams but all I did was stared at the sight before me. Crimson red and thick peachy strings and bits which goes by the name 'intestines' and 'blood' decorated the tiled floor. Now I know what she meant. Her heart was broken along with herself.
All I did was smiled like I never did before. Instead of running away to get some sort of help the scent and sight finally got to me....

ranked #49 in hiding I was suddenly just so angry that I was living in fear of this kind of attack. Why? Because we were different. Because we weren't human, and we didn't live in the darkness, and so we were attacked from both sides, always having to look for an escape route. So I snapped, and instead of running towards the door like I knew I should have, I threw a punch that was supposed to land in his rib cage, hopefully breaking a few and causing enough internal damage that he would be down for a while. But that didn't happen, because once that punch was thrown my attacker grabbed my wrist and threw me against the wall and stabbed me with a stake that ripped right through my red skull kitty tank top and cut into the flesh that covered my heart.
