In Chicago Illinois, things aren't always as cool as you think. Tension is everywhere, and for 18-year-old Kanura Way (also known as Kura), life is just starting to get interesting. After moving to Chicago earlier in the summer, she secures a job as an undercover cop. She begins meeting new friends both at her new job and at college, and begins to have trouble balancing her job and her social life. Even worse, a new murderer has popped up in the city, one that nobody can seem to find. Can Kura balance her life and possibly catch this murderer?
