A girl who goes to Ikebukuro to find Izaya. Her boss wanted her to be the bodyguard of Izaya to say thanks for getting her the money she needs. She sent the girl off. she picked her because she had amazing power but didn't show it. She is known as Kat no one has ever found out her really name not even her boss.
