Under the Surface (Raphael x OC)

Nellie Rose Livingston was your average teenage girl. Keyword, "was". She was fairly normal, living with her horrible dad and just as bad step mom. She would do anything to escape them, so she'd occasionally sneak out. She never regretted it. Until one fateful night when she had a run in with four particular mutant turtles, who saved her from certain death. And even then she doesn't regret it. As time goes on a certain plan untwists, she grows closer with each of them, leading to friendship, and eventually a connection with the red clad turtle. But will he accept the feelings, move past Mona Lisa, and let Nellie see what's under the surface?
