Unlike his peers, Kurt's obvious physical mutation was something he was both praised and tormented for. His past is riddled with suffering, but what happens when events force him to reveal himself and tell his story to his friends in order for them to help him heal. Do they understand what it really means to be considered a monster? (I really enjoyed the show Xmen Evolution, but I think there was a missed opportunity for them to delve into Nightcrawler's backstory. This is a slightly darker tone than the show, but how I would go about his origin. Most of the characters are therefore based on this show or if you want to talk generally, Marvel) I'm a novice writer and this is my first story/fanfic I'm releasing so I hope you enjoy and don't mind commenting on my writing if that's what you want to do The cover image is my original artwork, so yeah that to :) (more art on my instagram if you like it and care enough to do so @nitch17sketch)

Fresh off of seeing his best friend, Logan, get married, Kurt is looking forward to his own wedding to Kate in Germany. And, of course, he's looking forward to meeting the baby that Logan and K have on the way. But as anyone who knows the X-Men could tell you, once the "happy endings" start coming up, there's no way the bad guys aren't going to try to mess that up. They still have to deal with the fact that Sinister is taking an active interest in the newly forming families, since the creep is still interested in chronicling a full mutant lifespan. Meanwhile, "the Push" is larger than they thought, only being the front for an extremely rich benefactor who has their hands in more than a few pies and is intent in getting their way.
