This isn't really normal love, nor is it too cliche....trigger warning for abuse and drug/alcohol use....and I know that sounds like every story here and I know one paragraph in particular gives a very perks of bein a wallflower vibe but it's different..it's a kind of love I might want...idk..I'm lame at this...probably just read it thx instead

Oh, here we go again-another friends-to-lovers story. I know what you're thinking: Doesn't everyone write these? Isn't this trope overdone? And honestly? You're not wrong. It's the kind of story we've all seen a thousand times. Childhood friends, shared memories, unspoken feelings-it's familiar, maybe too familiar. But hear me out, because this story? It's a little different. Or at least, that's what I'm hoping for. You see, this isn't just a simple tale of two friends realizing they're meant to be. Please educate yourself and if I do ever decide to rewrite this cursed book I will be sure to acknowledge some more of the things in this story that are a bit too much.
