When Beatrice stumbles upon a crazed man in the forest she barely gets away with her life. Unable to convince anyone of his presence, she tries not to go anywhere near him again but that seems impossible when unfortunate situations arise and feelings change.

Her life had always been relatively normal until she met him but she never thought it'd take a holiday to Crazy Town like it did. As the murder count piles high, and the supernatural creatures take residence in her small, quaint town, she must fight for what she believes is right while trying not to lose her mind over everyone's lies and deception. 

Believing to be on top of the game, she's in for a shock as she realises she must give up those most precious to her or risk endangering Earth to those with greed on their mind and blood on their hands.

"They can hurt you, young woman," he made a cut in my throat. just enough to draw a thin line of pain. I froze, too terrified to move. Tears slipped down my cheeks. He leaned close and licked my tear, giving me goosebumps all over my body. I can feel his cold breath. He bent down to my neck and licked the blood. I started struggling, pushing him away with all my strength, but he grabbed both of my hands, holding them firmly as he rubbed his lips on my old bite mark, then gave a soft kiss and started biting it. It was so rough that I started crying loudly and begged him to stop. Helplessness flooded me. ------------ "You can't do that to me," she whispered, a tear slipping down her cheek. He gripped her jaw, his gaze piercing into her soul. Crazy wild hair stuck up around its head like a fan, mad, wide black eyes bore into us, its nose turned up at the end and it had its mouth open, lips pulled back showing razor sharp, pointed teeth. It screeched again at us, taking another hop forwards.
