Jacob Hood is a 16 year old student, Born and Bred in Manhattan, New York City with fine eats, champagne and limousines being the usual. Then in an uncertain chain of events he lands up in Durban, South Africa and although he has money, he soon finds out that money can't buy everything.
He then meets new friends, some who mess up his life and some who make it all right. He has problems adjusting to school and everything around him. But as the year passes by we soon findout that Jacob has now found himself, this is his journey...
