"I had wanted to be normal. As normal as being a demigod daughter of Athena gets, anyway. But I've always been just plain weird. I have dark hair, not blonde. I can control wind. I have no idea who my father is."

"You might even know him. He's a wind elemental, too. Sensei once trained him."

When an old man called Sensei Wu arrives at Camp Half-Blood, Angel discovers that there is so much more to her life. She accepts his offer to join his team of ninja. She makes friends with all of the other ninja, and eventually, along with the boys, unlocks her true potential.

But her secret remains.

The boys don't know.

Angel questions herself. She questions her entire life, her choices, even begins to doubt her team. Can friendship and love overcome doubt and despair?
