The Life of Ulrik (it will take a while to finish)

In a magical land where there are races beyond imagination and places that defy reality, a single man named Ulrik has unwittingly taking responsibility for its fate. Ulrik must defeat numerous monsters and creatures of both the dead and the living, though he is not alone. He is accompanied by people from his own town and those he acquires along the way such as retired drunk adventures, wizards, scholars (lowest level of mage), an Elven bard, and soldiers. Possessing a magical sword that allows him to gain the knowledge of swordplay and with the help of friends and a dragon that is the offspring of one of the evil dragons leading the dark armies, will Ulrik save his land and the the entire kingdom of West Ragnar from the forces of evil or will they die trying?
