Luna and Ellie are eighteen years old and have been best friends all their lives. They've had their ups and downs throughout their lives, but this was definitely the worst. A cannibalistic infection had taken over the world. People who were infected weren't people anymore. Their flesh was rotted, they don't speak, they only groan, they are inhumanly strong and feed on the living. All humanity is lost and all the survivors are fighting for power. Luna and Ellie must stick together in order to survive. It's kill or be killed. God knows who to trust.
