This world is based on three core principles: Hope, Faith and Emotion. Hope is lower than faith for it can be felt without reason and by anyone at anytime, Faith is lower than emotion for Faith can placed blindly, and above both of them rests Emotion for it cannot be faked and can even transcend from a abstract concept to a physical form.

"The scariest demons are those we find within ourselves" these words are more reality than philosophy in this world. In this world live people with extraordinary abilities that are unique to each individual but with this power comes a great cost, feeling any emotion in excess will turn a human into a Danger Beast. These feral creatures do not respond to reason and are extremely deadly, feeding off of the emotions felt in the moment that morphed them into hideous creatures and using it to sustain themselves, because of their danger to the people around them these creatures must be hunted down and dealt with...

It was dark. *Bu-bump... Bu-bump... * Tiny heartbeats and blood pumping is the only thing you can hear. Trying to open your eyes but no avail, you tried to stretch your body but you could only do much. You couldn't do anything besides thinking and feeling the warmth that surrounds you. 'Where am I..? Gosh, I'm so sleepy.... Hnmm.. ' You tried to recall everything, and it slowly came to you. 'Where are everyone? I was just with them a moment ago.... What happened' * ghasp * You gasped upon realization, every bit of your memory flooded back.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT I WAS THE SECOND MALE LEAD. BUT TURNS OUT I WAS EVEN LESS THAN THAT. WHEN I THOUGHT I HAD DIED, I MET THE DEVIL. EXCEPT THAT WE HAVE MET ONCE BEFORE. THE DEATH THAT LED ME HERE, WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAD DIED. "YOU HAVE FULFILLED THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT." THE DEVIL SAID. "YOU ARE THE FIRST ONE TO SUCCEED. IT WAS INEVITABLE THAT YOU LOST YOUR MEMORY AND YOUR WILL FOR REVENGE SANK DEEP INTO YOUR LOSS." IT WAS HARD TO ACCEPT. AS AN AGENT FILLING THE ROLE OF THE SECOND MALE LEAD, I THOUGHT I WAS BORN AS ONE. BUT EVERY IDENTITY I HAD EVER HOLD WAS A HOAX. BECAUSE THE REAL ME WAS SOMEONE PATHETIC WITH THE WILL OF GOD AGAINST MY SIDE. LIKE EVERY STORY IN A ONCE UPON A TIME..... A MISTREATED CHARACTER WHO WAS ABUSED WAKES UP ONE DAY; WITH THEIR DEMEANOR COMPLETELY CHANGED; AS IF POSSESSED. WITH THE BLESSING OF A SECOND CHANCE TO LIFE, THE MISTREATED CHARACTER SHINES BRIGHTER AGAINST THE DARK, THE CONTRAST OF HIS PAST SELF AND HIS CURRENT SELF ESTABLISHING THE FOUNDATION OF THE TITLE "PROTAGONIST." HE FACE SLAPS HIS FEAR WITH COURAGE. CHANGES HIS IMAGE FOR THE BETTER. WITH EYES RIPPLING LIKE CLEAR WATER HE CHARMS EVERYONE UNDER HIS SPELL. MEN FALL FOR HIM. WOMEN FAWN OVER HIM. AMONG THOSE MEN WHO ARE OF HIGH VALUE BECOME THE MALE LOVE INTERESTS. THOSE WHO ABUSED HIM FELL FOR HIM. THE MAN WHO RAPED HIM FALLS FOR HIM. THE TYRANT EMPEROR OF ANOTHER KINGDOM BECOMES INFATUATED WITH HIM. EVEN THE FAMILY THAT SOLD HIM AWAY WANTS HIM BACK. ALL THESE CHANGES HAPPEN AFTER THE SOUL IS CHANGED. THEN WHAT ABOUT THE ONE WHO HAD DISAPPEARED? WHAT ABOUT THE ORIGINAL SOUL OF THE BODY THAT THE PROTAGONIST HAS TRANSMIGRATED TO? I WAS EXACTLY THAT ORIGINAL SOUL:THE REAL OWNER OF THE PROTAGONIST'S BODY. ZEKE, IS, BACK! FOR REVENGE. THIS WORLD WILL BURN DOWN WITH MY REVENGE. I REMEMBER NOW! I HAD SOLD MY SOUL TO THE DEVIL. As an avid- and fairly unsuccessful- writer of fantasy fiction, I know that dragons are pretty much the pinnacle of existence. I dare anyone to argue. So, when my mundane existence comes to an end and I am offered a choice of whatever race I liked upon reincarnating into a fantasy world, of course I chose dragon. Little did I know that my life as a dragon would take more than its fair share of twists and turns. But hey, I was a dragon... Everyone knows you don't mess with dragons. This is the next one to be added up on Royal Road in a couple days, once Broken's current chapters are done being added :)

When I woke, I wasn't human anymore. The last thing I remember is the impact-a heavy blow, a flash of light, and then darkness. But when my eyes opened again, everything had changed. My body was no longer my own. My senses were heightened, my movements alien. And I was alone, face down in what seemed like an endless, echoing cave. I can't explain what happened, or why I've been reborn this way. A dragon? How could this be real? With each new discovery, I learn more about the creature I've become-but I also wonder: Was it all an accident? Or is there something more sinister at play? I'm trapped between two worlds-my old life, lost to the shadows, and this new existence, where every step shakes the earth beneath me. But I have no choice. I must learn to survive in this new form. They roam around Earth every few centuries and destroy what mankind works hard for. Ideally, they're immortal, but the more power they use, the more their life shortens. Certain requirements had to be made so that they could live on Earth and breath the oxygen. And after so many years of fighting and fighting, having almost no time to live the lives they want, they give up, spending what normal teenagers would use to play video games or go shopping to train and increase their magic. With another big attack coming along soon, Rage is going to go into Immortal's Death for sure, Envious, Happiness and many others are certainly going to be on the brink of it.
