EVEN DEATH DIES, women's thriller in a dystopia. Controlling all the minds makes Dax the perfect easy prey. She knows it and doesn't let anyone get too close to her family. One night, her twins are strangely blasted; Telio resurrected but needs a new heart. The army can supply this artificial implant but its colonel wants to know her secrets and control them. Because of dangerously quantum apps, a pandemic of fatal neurodegenerative diseases had killed almost all the population. People are now forced to wear a quantum membrane placed directly on the brain to care for it, the topcortex. This membrane allows government to exploit them and reduce them to their work, treated as nothing more than a set of arms. Dax is in charge of the configuration of the topcortex. The army produces the implants which are its main source of income. Dax is very brave and selfless. She tries to reduce the award procedure to people to free them. If she succeeds, this can annihilate the army. Its chief Colonel Monarc needs to neutralize Dax. To reach his objective, Monarc destroys experimental results, aspirates thoughts of the ruling class with his topcortex, kills a famous astronaut and destroys his heart given to replace Telio's. Monarc wants to impose on Dax an artificial heart for Telio. By controlling the cardiac implant of Telio, Monarc will dominate Dax. Dax changes the rules of the game and will pay the ultimate sacrifice even if she unveils her secret. EVEN DEATH DIES is a thriller that unfolds in Resurgence, a totalitarian and theocratic state that has replaced the United States of America.

❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. Wattys 2021 Shortlister. Standalone sequel (Rocks Can Dance) coming in 2023. Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated. 'How dare I? Think of another woman whilst mine was six feet underground with my child! Heck, she was probably involved in it. I could feel my anger rising, and I had to do something about it before I exploded. Before I could think any further, my first was at a nearby wall, my teeth were grinding tightly together and I saw my own enraged reflection in a laminated poster. ' The Five Points, a world famous gang that recruits only who is worthy. Tasks are set and lives are lost, either to death or utter insanity. Angelica 'Misty' Castanova, a worthy recruit. Michael Jackson. A victim. He is constantly on the run, having a break only when he is surrounded by people like him, at none other than the Club 30s. Though one task is set, a task that will change his and her lives forever. "Don't shoot to kill."
