I dont know how to explain without spoiling the story, but I think I didn't see abilities like this. Sorry I can't pretend, if you are in this platform for a while you know the drill! A poor bastard died, and god isekaid him to DXD as Issei's twin brother, and NO he will not be a emo guy that will be like "I am the ultimate life form" (Sorry sonic fans, Shadow was the first that came to mind to describe a lot of fanfic protas) and kill half of the roster with a snap.
