I'm recently writing a book and to start out, I'm trying out my reach through a favorite app of mine. The title will be the same but I just want to get some reach. This is a book I've composed over the course of me going through my feelings, my grueling healing process and the depressive emotions I've went through before I started healing. This is also going to be a day by day process, (I hope) and it's to capture my style and how it progressed. I'm happy to be able to share it with all of you!

You never expected where it would end. [This is a reader insert romance. All characters are 18+ and there is (slightly kinky) smut. The love interests have *light* yandere vibes. Consider all the warnings that comes with: stalking, obsessive/possessive behavior, violence, etc.] ~~~ You risk a glance over your shoulder and catch a flash of brown fur between the trees. You're a strong runner. You ran track in high school. But you're no match for a born hunter in the woods. The wolf pounces on you, throwing you to the ground. He rolls with you, protecting your body from the thorny underbrush. You can feel his body shifting around you. Thick fur becomes burning-hot skin at your back, and paws turn into hands that cage you in and pull you close. Before you know it, he's got you pinned against a tree while his bare chest presses against your back. He traps both your wrists easily in one hand above your head. "Caught you, my mate." Then he sinks his teeth into the base of your neck.

I reach the end of the alley and turn to face my foe once again, but he remains where he is, still blocking my path but not approaching either. New plan: when he gets close, duck under his arms and make a run for it. Now I just have to wait. Before a minute has even passed, another armoured soldier appears and joins the first. This just keeps getting worse. How am I supposed to dodge past two of them? "What do you want now?" the new soldier grumbles. This one must be Alex. "Look at this cute little human I found. She's feisty. I think she's perfect for you." I glare at them. "I don't want a pet human. That's your disgusting fetish, and I'll have no part in it." "Oh come on Captain," the first soldier whines, "You don't have to fuck her, just train her to be obedient. Surely you can control one measly wild human? You are a captain after all. When you're done, you can just get rid of her, like I do with my humans." What the fuck? For a brief moment my fear is replaced by anger. Who do they think they are, talking about me like I'm some kind of wild animal? "Get the fuck away from me! You freaks!" I screech. The first soldier just flashes an evil grin. They don't budge. "Are you just going to let her talk to you like that?" he goads Alex. (Complete. 70k words.)

"Do you know what I would do if we were mates?" I shook my head; I didn't just mean it as I didn't know but I didn't want to know. He would probably reject me in the worst possible way he could think of. Or he would use the bond against me. I was already his slave but maybe there was something else that he could do that my innocent mind just couldn't conjure because I wasn't anything like him. I held my humanity close to me as if it would save me in the long run. I refused to be anything like my tormentors and I kept as true to myself as I could. He turned his body towards mine and I could see he was smirking at me but I got a bad feeling. "I would fuck you as hard as I possibly could and then I would kill you. You don't deserve to be a part of this pack but we need slaves just like any other. You truly disgust me and I hope that whoever your mate is rejects you. You're a sorry excuse for a she-wolf."

The world has been taken over by zombies so it's up to the main character and his friends to make everything right and restore peace in humanity (Props to ImJustGonnaCringe for letting me use her characters in the story and drawing the cover of the book. The Chapel in the Burnt Woods & Other Stories, de HoraceBaratheon

This includes a collection of 16 stories that were written in the span of two years. They are early stories, mostly drafts and not the complete collection. This is mostly still in the progress, but it explores various themes and ideas, such as loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, etc. There are even a few humorous stories in here. Saving Leah Series Book 7 "So what do you admire most about women?" I ask the man as he sips on his coffee. He smirks as he sets his cup down, acting as if my question was some sort of joke, "Her complete submission, of course." I hum, disproving greatly of this answer as well as all the others before. Extract from Chapter 1: He unsheathes his blade, and I suddenly wish that he'd go back to poking me. He's going to cut me while I can't move? To torture me? I start to panic again. "No, no, no." I yank on the restraints, and the rope bites into my skin. I pull and pull and try to shuffle away from him. He presses the blade against my neck, and I freeze. "Fearful," he says. I catch a glimpse of his freakishly long canines. The edge of the blade presses on my skin, just enough not to draw blood.
