Lake grew up on earth ever since her planet Krypton exploded when she was 9. Now 21, she has been using her powers for the last 2 years in disguise. Civilians calls her Nightmare as they fear her. She's considered a villain, even though she doesn't see it that way.
Her best friends since senior year in high school were Barry Allen and Iris West they kind of became the Three Musketeers but there is a lot about Lake that they still don't know.
This is the story of what happens when a new hero tries to stop Nightmare. Will they recognize each other?
