Aubrey Carson is about to start her senior year of high school at Hilton Academy, and she's excited to finally be named cheer-leading captain and class president. However, the summer before her senior year, she finds a letter from her school on her counter. It states that due to budget cuts, her school Hilton Academy is merging with their long-time rival Willard Academy. Aubrey is shocked and upset; she was looking forward to spending her senior year with all her friends, and now she's going to have to face the annoying Willard kids in her school, most of whom are hot but irritating older guys. Join Aubrey as she navigates through the newly merged Oakhill Academy, dealing with friendship and relationship drama, and trying to look past her first assumptions about the kids from Willard.

"What are you doing here?" I ask but it comes out as a sob. I don't want him, or anyone for that matter, to see me like this. I'm a wreck. Wyatt doesn't seem to mind though. He softly brushes the remaining tears from my face with his thumb. "I saw you run out of the canteen, green eyes. I couldn't just leave you here to cry because that would go against the tutor code." "Tutor code?" I ask, puzzled. "Yes, the tutor code. It states that a student must make sure his tutor is never upset or crying and if he does ever find her like this it's his job to make her smile at any cost," he tells me. "You just made that up." "Maybe I did but that doesn't matter. Come on," he says, extending his hand out to me. "Where are we going?" "You'll see." ~*~*~ Aurora is a normal seventeen year old, happy and content with life. However, this all changes the day her boyfriend of two years, James, breaks up with her. Naturally, she's crushed. The icing on the cake is why he did it. Apparently she's 'too boring'. Determined to prove him wrong, she strikes a deal with the school's notorious bad boy, Wyatt King. She'll tutor him in maths if he teaches her to be reckless, fearless and careless. Can Aurora overcome the odds and do what she planned? Or perhaps someone will stop her on her mission to win over James. Maybe this isn't as easy as she thought it would be. Maybe she takes things a little too far.
