Look from the two different viewpoints: a calm relaxed boy going slowly insane, and a shy quiet killer who will do anything for his love. Their world will never be the same again. Takes a while to get into the serious death and decay. Reader discretion is advised. Murder, death, thoughts of suicide, and abuse (I don't describe it, but I touch on it) are all in this book.
