The Red Blooded are Phil's worst nightmare. If it weren't for the guards keeping watch over each city, they would probably attack the Silver Bloods on sight. So Phil, with Blood about as Silver as it gets, has a right to be scared.
In an effort to survive amidst the cruel Red Bloods, Phil subsides in the darkest corners of Larelia, away from any threats, but it's getting harder to stay hidden. Especially when a group of Red Bloods move into the network of caves he calls home.
