Philippine folklore, unlike Greek or Romanmythologies, has not been organized into a formal pantheon, does not generally contain long epics, nor has it been relegated to history. To this day, Philippine myths still have an active role in the lives of rural Filipinos. The countless myths circulating throughout the Filipino countryside contain a large variety of mythical creatures. Although there is no scientific evidence for any of these creatures, there is also no shortage in the rural parts of the Philippines of people who believe firmly in their existence. This discrepancy is sometimes rationalized by the explanation that only pure and good mortals are able to see these creatures. Hope you enjoy the oneshot stories!

It is 2030 in an alternate Earth. The majority of mankind remains ignorant to anything beyond the surface. However, monsters and magic have always existed throughout history. The powerful manage to create a fragile peace between humanity and nonhumans through enforcement by governments, corporations, or other organizations that understand the importance of keeping the world's greatest secrets from malicious hands. AGON, the Administrative Global Occult Network, is one such group that sends agents to keep the peace worldwide and defend against those that would enact conspiracies or commit crimes of the supernatural. We follow an unlikely heroine, Fei, who walks among the living as a jiangshi-an undead ectoform. Despite her nature, she does her best to complete her mission alongside her mentor, Finn MacCool, a hero of Irish legend. The current arc takes place in the Philippines, where we see Fei and Finn team up with Riz, a tikbalang (werehorse) vigilante from Cebu. Follow them from the beginning of their quest to stop a vast conspiracy, waged by an infamous syndicate run by monsters known as the aswang. However, the experienced heroes could be more out of their depth than they realize.
