EDIT: Right after I wrote this first chapter, I saw the trailer for The Vow, and I've never been so creeped out in my entire life! I wrote this with absolutely zero knowledge of the plot of that movie, and it's exactly the same. So, I'm not writing anymore chapters, but I guess I'll leave this first one up for the time being...
