Cas!” Meg shouted once linked again to her friend.

“You hear that ad, girlie?” she asked.

“The one with the Dream Capsules?”

“That be the one.”

“Don’t you think its-“

“Absolutely horrid?” Cas finished.

Meg paused. “Horrid? Dunno what that means, but unless it means “crazy totally cool”, then you’re wrong.”

“Meg, please! They’re trying to make our crashing civilization even lazier!”

“Cas!” Meg was getting steadily impatient. Couldn’t Cas see that this was a perfect opportunity? “This is an escape from this world! Maybe this Capsule thing will make people want to get out more, ya know? Maybe join the races or take a weapons class or go to the Window Smashing place!” Meg tried desperately to defend her point, though she knew that Cas would never go for it. Cas was more stubborn that she herself was.

Cas scoffed on the other end. “And what good would that do? Window Smashing? Drag races? Weapons class?”

Meg realized how dumb she sounded.
