Regina lays in the hospital because of a really bad bone cancer in her leg. Her life in the hospital has always been kinda boring. Untill she meets Emma Swan....
Emma and Regina become really close friends and at some point, they fail in love. But what happens if turns out that Regina's cancer could be fatal?
