You watch your beloved disney movies and you love your heroes, cheer for them, even. But where do they go when they're not on your screen? A better question might be "where do the villains go?" Are they under your bed? Are they that person that's been standing a little bit to close for comfort on the subway? Are they behind you right now? The answer to all those questions would be "no." They're at the Disney Villains Ward, and they'll never get out... Unless... Well, I won't worry you with that. No sense in talking about things that probably won't happen...

You're just a little birdie, minding your own business-flying around, dodging falling leaves, trying not to get too involved in the messes of the city below. But, oh, the drama! The masked hero and the brooding villain you've been watching for months-yeah, those two? They have a lot of secrets. The hero's perfect, obviously, saving the world and all that. But the villain? Oh, dear. By day, they wear a mask of evil and power, but you've seen what happens when the cape comes off. There's some serious darkness lurking in their private life-self-loathing, quiet pain, and way too many late-night mood swings. But don't worry, the villain's got it under control... or so they think. You thought their love story was one of those sweet "enemies-to-lovers" kind of deals, until you saw the truth from way up here. It's a mess. Betrayal. Anger. Love. Secret identities. A fight that's way more personal than you ever imagined. But hey, that's not your problem, right? You're just a bird. Except, well... Maybe you care. Maybe you're the one who's been flying around, wondering if their messy, secret love story will ever have a happy ending-or if one of them will end up on the wrong side of the city's skyscraper (literally). From your vantage point, it's a little too close for comfort, but hey-no one ever said love was easy, even for villains and heroes. Just try not to get caught in the crossfire, okay? ❝All men must choose between Two Paths. Good is the path of Honor, Heroism, and Nobility. Evil... well, it's just cooler.❞ ~ Megamind If it's one thing Disney USED TO like to do, it ALWAYS had the heroes win. Here's how it goes down. You have a pretty girl who, who always has an enemy, girl gets caught in the enemy trap, strong person defeats the monster and saves the girl. Happily ever after. The end. Roll credits. But here's the thing, you never see what happened to the villains, you never hear their side of the story, their backstory that caused them to do what they did. Maybe they were banished from the land, that's why they put Sleeping Beauty under a curse that made them sleep for a hundred years. Or maybe their family pressured them into think beauty is everything and they must be the most beautiful in the land to finally get the approval that they did something good, maybe that's why they poisoned Snow White to take her beauty. What if they just wanted to get revenge for Peter Pan taking their most valuable treasure, that meant more to them in the entire world, maybe that's why they had a growing vendetta over Peter Pan. There are many other reasons why villains did what they did, but, did these heroes ever consider that these villains had a family. Like how maybe Gaston might have had a kid who had to grow up with only one parent cause the Beast killed Gaston. Or maybe how Dr. Facilier might have had a daughter, but since he was locked in the shadow realm he never got to have that valuable father-daughter relationship with her. What if Disney is hiding something from us. The story of these kids who had to grow up without a parent or with the burden of being teased because of their lineage. Well, Disney, you may be good at making giant Marvel timelines and making us cry at the end of EVERY Disney Pixar movie. But I'm good at revealing your secrets. Why be good when you can be bad instead? editor: @mya_colondres
