This story is told from 1st person point of view, a young lady 19 years of age, Farrah, gets a new job as a hotel receptionist in the "abnormal" part of town after working in the dead end diner of the town. She mistakenly  takes down the wrong address for her job interview and ends up in the opposite side of town at  Heavenly Host Hotel instead of Heavens Inn. Heavenly Host happily takes her as a applicant all though an interview wasn't schedule and to no surprise Farrah is hired on spot. She will encounter a numerous amount of supernatural guest as well as those who are a little off of their rockers. She slowly fades away from reality when she realizes that everyone thinks she is crazy including her family and she starts to dwindle into the dark side. She will experience things she never knew existed, feelings she could never even imagine before.
