Lilly Green, a 17 year-old high school student has been through a lot these past couple of months; her dad getting arrested, her psychopathic mom controlling her everyday life, her brother making her life a living hell, and worst of all depression. She starts going through a major relapse: self-harm, drinking, drugs, you name it. Can her friends and family help he through this hard time or is it too late.

Her best friend Bethany Peters watches her and stands by her through her tough times until Amy's dream boy, Brandon Walters, comes in and causes conflict to her mental illness. Brandon and Beth struggle to watch her attempt suicide, feel broken and begin to start rumors about each other causing to mess with Amy's mind. Will Amy and Beth continue on with their friendship?
