There was a girl, she was sick and she didn't want to live sick. There was a boy, he wanted to help the sick and he didn't want to see someone like her sick. Jacob is a fresh-out-of-high-school worker at the hospital in his home town of Boston, aspiring to become a doctor to help those who need it most. Then he meets her, a girl whose bracelet just says Jane Doe, after months of being in the hospital sick with a disease no one knows the cure for. So Jacob does his job: befriending the kids in the hospital who need a little friendship in their life. And he befriends her, but she won't tell him her name, instead she dances around it, giving him a different name every day. And slowly, but surely, he falls for her, and she for him.
