I was born, into a modern American family. One brother, one sister. I, being the middle child. No, I was not beaten. Nor, was I neglected. I had a normal childhood. I didnt play with toy cars, or wear boy shirts. I was like any little girl. Pink, frilly dresses filling a never empty closet, dolls and stuffed animals of all kinds stacked up against a dollhouse, and a dream, that one day, my prince would sweep me off my feet and marry me, and I would be queen. Just like any other normal child. But, I guess sometimes, people are born different ways, for different reasons. This, is a story. A story, of my life. I know, some whiny teenage story? Oh please. Spare me. But, this is no ordinary teenage story. This is the story of a girl, who just wanted to fit in. A girl. who would have given anything to be normal. But, life doesnt always work that way. And you will find, I am anything but normal.

When I was born, I wasn't born with this "Red String" everyone apparently had. It seemed to connect people, to have people's hearts never broken. Well, I'm unlucky enough to not have a string. Sometimes, it does seem as though I am very lucky to not a string, for it does cause drama. Although... Feeling left out isn't my cup of tea, and hearing all these stories people tell me aren't the best either. This all changed when I hit my second year of high school, and the new kid on the block seemed to have the same problem as I.
