Taehyung is in a coma because of "something" that had happened.

Jungkook visits Taehyung everyday to talk to him and Taehyung could hear everything he's said and what Jungkook says sparks off memories in Taehyungs unconscious state of mind, bringing him back to the times they've spend together.
