The story revolves around Ava and her kingdom's plight of despair, as her father is under a curse and she is the acting queen. Before her 25th birthday, she tries to break the curse her father is under, all while she seeks peace with a neighboring kingdom that they have been at odds with. Turns out, he's hotter than she imagined and is ready to please. Does he hide darkness under that smile? Or is the darkness closer to home she sould be weary of?
