Aribelle Jones. People frequently call her Ari, for short.
She's a Junior. Everyone knows her in high school, meaning she is popular. She's friendly and polite to whoever she talks to, whether you're Gothic, Nerd, Loner and etc. Aribelle is a Cheerleader, and also helps with School's yearbook.
She's in love with her best friend that she has been knowing for years, ever since they were little. His name is Drew Reese.
Drew Reese is now Junior as well. He's known as the Football star, he's also very friendly and goofy. They did everything together. Until one day, everything changed.
Drew Reese went to a party, after there big win. He was drunk with his buddies and he was driving and suddenly a Semi truck hit them. Everyone in the car was pronounced dead.
Aribelle had to learn to cope with the death of her love amd friends. The one person that could help her is her loves brother. Damon Reese. She was friends with him as well, when they were younger, but when Damon hit Sophomore year, he stopped talking to her.
Damon Reese is a bad boy or you could say, Badass. The complete opposite of Drew. He's now a Senior. Everyone is scared of him. He's known for getting into bad stuff, including; drugs, fighting, violence & etc. He never really went to school parties, he only went to clubs with his buddies, to drink and pick up girls. After, finding out his brother died, things never changed for him, he still did the same things as usual, but worse. More Drinking. More Drugs. More Fights. More Girls and doing you know what with them.
Could they help each other cope? Can Aribelle help him get out of trouble? Will Damon change his ways? Could they possibly fall in love?

He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle.
