Now turned 16, Zara Kane - has a life changing hit when she is suddenly upholded the duty of possessing the powers of the most envied vampire.
When her mother is under attack and has no way out she puts her life on the line by transferring her powers to Zara just before her fated death. Putting Zara at risk of attacks by all who yearn for the power that can be absorbed through her blood.
Soon enough she is under the guard of Carlisle Cullen, who takes her in after smelling her scent on a perimeter check with Edward Cullen, she must remain with the Cullens' until she can get a full grasp on her powers and new abilities, but she can't do it alone.
Destined to be supported by suitors she must find 6 of the loyalest and strongest comrades to help her sustain her safety.
Will she be able to find her suitors and love of her life in time before she is attacked? How will she cope with her presumed 'death' that had devastated her father and her best friend?
