In a bygone world of steam and airships, Alek builds singing automatons for the villainous Lady Elise, hoping that one day he can buy his freedom. Everything changes when a healer's apprentice happens upon the tower. With Felix's help, Alek learns of a whole new world beyond the boundaries of his tower. If they're lucky, he can escape the Lady's grasp once and for all. But to do so, they'll need allies, ingenuity, and a lot of courage.

Once upon a time a snow king fell for an apathetic servant, then a prince-turned-bear found true love in a fellow prince who almost shot him in the face. Almost. Then, of course, one can't forget a monster who found himself wanting to be more human. Bit by bit. For love. Protagonists quirky and not, sarcastic and witty and a bit too self-aware. Every fairy tale has their typical happy ending but it looks as though these ones had to take detours and backtrack on the way to theirs... oh well. As long as it ends well, who cares if it's a little bit odd. Each story is its own stand-alone tale of romance, though there may be bonus shorts for some.

Of Soot And Cinders by -crucible-

Though he is locked up at night, worked to exhaustion and barely able to walk on his mangled legs Soot likes to keep his hopes and spirits high. When the announcement of a ball is sent to the staff, Soot finds himself growing excited to witness and be apart of setting up one of the biggest celebrations of the century. If only Soot could get his mind off of the mysterious knight who had whisked him off his feet long enough to finish cleaning. ✨ Grimm is the prince, a legendary warrior and the leader the kingdom is yearning for. He's also fighting with everything he has to marry for love and not for political gain. When he nearly tramples an angel on a hunt he finds himself falling head over heels for a boy who keeps disappearing. But Grimm will do anything for his angel, even if that means losing control. ✨✨✨ A little bit of Cinderella meets Werewolf (my two favorite things) I don't claim for this to be a happy story but it has a happy ending This is story is so inconsistent, just let the record show that I have admitted that it is not good, I will fix it one day... hopefully Please feel free to comment and vote I love feedback of all sorts Completed July 5, 2020
